They are well informed, keep up to date with the most recent ideas about training and thoughtfully discern between what methods work well and which ones do not. They make use of their previous training and experience to balance and contribute to new ideas and are continually producing fresh methods with a variety of humane techniques. They are deft at discerning which techniques will work for each dog, thus their training is thoughtful and individualized.
The techniques I have discussed with these women always consider the physical safety and mental health of both the dogs they work with and the owners of these dogs. I have participated in some of their classes and the one thing which also impresses me is their respectful and friendly manners with dog owners. They show a lot of patience and are able to phrase instructions in different ways, if necessary, to be sure a client understands a certain concept. Truly they are concerned with the positive, fair, up to date and thoughtful training of both people and dogs.
