Training / Behavior Modification

If your dog is exhibiting serious behavioral problems such as phobias, separation anxiety or aggression, basic obedience training is not enough. The underlying problems need to be identified and resolved first. A behavioral consultation will include an evaluation of your dog's behavior, and a personalized written treatment plan. With practice and patience, even very difficult dogs can be worked with.

You will begin by completing a Behavioral Assessment Form and submitting it to our trainers for review. From there you will be contacted and the trainer's recommendations will be discussed and an appointment will be set for your first lesson. At your first lesson your trainer will go over with you in detail your written behavior modification plan and you will practice the exercises together. At the end of your lesson you will be given homework assignments to work on before your next session.
